The customer- Aihua Group, established in 1985, is a technology enterprise group focused onthe design, development, manufacturing, and sales of aluminum electrolyticcapacitors as well as the manufacturing of aluminum foil and machines.
WuxiCleanroom system engineering team has been working with Aihua group for morethan 3 years, successfully design and finished two plants - class ISO 8 electrolyticcapacitor manufacturing plant 1 and class ISO 8 electrolytic capacitor manufacturingplant 2 （part of the cleanroom's cleanliness level are ISO 7). Both of these clean room plants passed customer acceptance inspection.And the projects have been viewed by Aihua group’s customers from DELL and HUAWEI as well. Class ISO 8 electrolytic capacitor manufacturing plant 1 cleanroombas been selected as the model cleanroom for future manufacturing plants set up.
